Hot Fuzz is a great movie, but are you going with his reasoning that we should say collision because accident implies their is no one to blame? Does it really matter, we are for medical issues not for police issues.
Its a teaser because the issue did come up in a recent interview….
Hehe, I know that, I was just wondering if you agree with the reason he gave, guess I will just have to wait and find out.
in tom vanderbilt’s excellent book traffic, he makes the great point that unless we as a society stop labeling every wreck an accident, we’re never going to learn to drive more safely because just about every wreck is the result of someone’s mistake, inattention, criminal intent, excessive speed, dui, texting, phone use, poor vehicle maintenance, etc. there are very few truly accidental wrecks, and to label wreck accidents when they’re not only legitimizes how poorly people drive.
Haha, I had this same joke cross my mind as I read my EMT-B text.
